We install and stand behind
Track record
Sinvesta started in 2016 as a three-person team in Top Ryde. Today we design and install across Sydney and regional NSW — and we still monitor every system we commission.
Solar packages
Every package uses high-efficiency 475W Jinko Tiger NEO N-Type modules and is installed by CEC-accredited electricians. Sizes below are the ones we fit most often — we'll confirm the right one after looking at your usage.
Residential
Small to medium homes
The Australian standard. An efficient way to cut a typical household bill without over-building the roof.
Fully installed, solar only. Estimated saving $1,300–$2,300 a year.
Larger family homes
Our best-value residential system. Full-service: we review your energy usage and size the array around how you actually live.
Fully installed including a 20 kWh Sungrow battery. Estimated saving $3,000–$4,000 a year.
High-usage & EV households
Outstanding performance for households that run hard — and the system we most often pair with a Powerwall 3.
Fully installed including 25 kWh storage or a Tesla Powerwall 3. Estimated saving $4,000–$5,000 a year.
Commercial
Small business & warehouse
Offset daytime load where it costs most — during business hours, when your tariff is highest.
Mid-size commercial
A workhorse system for factories, clubs and retail with steady daytime demand.
Large commercial & industrial
Multi-inverter configuration for large roofs, with staged commissioning to suit your operations.
Savings estimator
Move the sliders to see an estimate for a Sydney roof. It's a model, not a quote — but it's built on real irradiance and tariff figures, and it's a fair place to start.
From a 6.6kW starter system up to a 50kW commercial array.
Per quarter, before solar.
A battery lifts how much of your own power you actually use, from about 35% to about 78%.
Estimated savings · year one
$3,412
How this is worked out: 4.1 kWh generated per kW of panels per day (Sydney, CEC zone 3) · 35c/kWh grid import · 5c/kWh feed-in · 0.68 kg CO₂ per kWh of grid power. Your real result depends on roof pitch, orientation, shading, your tariff and when you use power. Call us on 0415 301 979 for a proper site-specific quote.
Battery storage
Without storage, most of your solar goes to the grid for about 5c and comes back at 35c. A battery flips that — you use your own power at night, and you keep the lights on in a blackout.
The one most of our customers choose. Integrated inverter, whole-home backup, and the app people actually like using.
Stackable lithium-ion for homes with heavy loads, and for commercial sites that need serious capacity.
Modular and scalable. Start where your budget is and add capacity as your needs grow.
For properties with no mains connection, or where a grid upgrade costs more than going independent.
EV charging
Charging an EV from the grid can add more to your bill than the rest of the house combined. Charging it from your roof costs close to nothing. We install and commission home chargers, including the Tesla Wall Connector, and handle the switchboard work that goes with it.
Monitoring
Every system we commission comes with online monitoring. You can watch production against consumption in real time, check yesterday, or pull up the year.
The screen here is a real Sinvesta install: 13.7 kW coming off the roof, 99% of it being used in the home, and the grid contributing 75 watts. If something ever looks wrong, we can see it too — and we'll call you.
Screens shown are Fronius Solar.web from systems we have installed.
How it works
Call or send your last bill. We look at what you use, when you use it, and what your roof can take.
A fixed written quote with the exact panels, inverter and layout — plus the rebates you qualify for, already deducted.
CEC-accredited installers, usually one day for a residential system. We handle the grid application and paperwork.
We commission the system, set up your app, and keep an eye on performance from our end.

Questions
It depends on how much power you use during daylight hours. A household that runs air-conditioning, a pool pump or works from home will save far more than one that's empty until 6pm. The estimator above will give you a realistic range; a proper quote after we've seen your bill will give you a number you can rely on.
Most systems qualify for federal STCs, which we deduct from your quoted price up front so you never pay it and claim it back. Battery incentives change from year to year — we'll tell you exactly what applies on the day we quote you, and we won't quote a rebate you aren't eligible for.
A standard residential system is usually a single day on site. Commercial systems run longer and we stage them around your operating hours. Grid connection approval can add time before or after — we manage that application for you.
Our panels carry a 30-year linear output warranty. Inverters and batteries carry their manufacturer's warranty — Fronius, Sungrow, Solis and Tesla all have Australian support. Our workmanship is warranted separately, and because we monitor your system we often spot a fault before you do.
Yes. We wire residential systems battery-ready so adding storage later is straightforward. If a battery is likely within a couple of years, tell us at quote time and we'll pick an inverter that makes the upgrade cheaper.
Yes — we work with lending partners so you can spread the cost. We'll walk you through the options at quote stage. Sinvesta is not a credit provider and we don't give financial advice; the terms come from the lender.
All of greater Sydney — we're based at Castle Hill in the Hills District — plus much of regional NSW. If you're not sure, call and ask.
Free, no obligation
Send us your last power bill and we'll come back with a fixed written quote — the right system size, the real output, and the rebate already taken off.
